Credits are the system used by Patternclick.com to purchase Downloadable patterns from our site. For every pattern you download, a $1 fee will be deducted from your account. Click here to Buy Download Credits

2. What does my computer need in order to view the pattern?
You will need Acrobat Reader in order to view and print the Downloadable tole painting patterns. You can download it here:

3. What happens if my computer fails and I have already ordered?
Immediately after purchase you will be emailed details of your order and on that email you will be provided with links to your purchased pattern which will be good to download for the next 7 days.Or you can simply click on My Downloads to re-download the pattern.The download link will be live for 7 days.

4. Is it safe and secure?
When ordering at Patternclick.com all your personal information including credit card number, name, and address is encrypted so that it cannot be read as it travels through the worldwide web. Our patterns are kept on a secure server so they can't be corrupted or infected by a virus.

5. I am overseas can I purchase downloadable patterns?
Yes, anyone in the world can purchase the downloadable patterns.

6. My printer isn't very good, what will my pattern look like when printed out?
The instructions and tracing will print off like any other document. If you want quality photos printed, you should use photo paper. Again, print out the Free example pattern here: FREE PATTERN LINK

7. What about sizing my pattern?
There is NO sizing needed for the tracings. We have chopped up the tracing if it is bigger then a letter size paper (8.5 X 11inch). Print out all sheets of the tracing and tape them together.
